Dr Tracey Eales
Director/Dentist
Tracey has been a Director of Aesthetic Dental for over 20 years. She graduated near the top of her class from the University of Otago Dental School in 1992.
She began her career at Invercargill Hospital, where she worked for two years before moving to the United Kingdom. Over the following 11 years, Tracey worked in a range of private practices, completed a fellowship examination with the Royal College of Surgeons, and travelled extensively before returning to New Zealand in December 2005.
Tracey is a member of both the New Zealand Dental Association (NZDA) and the New Zealand Society of Forensic Odontology (NZSFO). She works as a forensic odontologist assisting police with identification cases, and is also on the NZSFO executive committee, serving as the regional coordinator for Hawke’s Bay, Manawatū, and Taranaki. She is committed to lifelong learning and regularly attends courses and conferences to ensure her clinical knowledge remains current and of the highest standard.
Outside of dentistry, Tracey’s greatest passion is travel, followed closely by skiing, golf, reading, podcasts, art, great food, and wine. She also loves spending time tending to her lifestyle block, always in the company of her two golden retrievers, Louis and Sky.
Morgan Jenkins
Oral Health Therapist
Morgan has recently joined the team at Aesthetic Dental as the Oral Health Therapist. Morgan graduated in Oral Health Therapy at Auckland University of Technology in 2016, having previously completed a Science degree in Human Nutrition from Massey University. Following her dental studies, she honed her experience working across public dental therapy services, a private orthodontic practice, as well as a private hygiene practice in Auckland. In 2019 she returned to Hawkes Bay with her young family to enjoy the beautiful lifestyle and be close to friends and family. Morgan has a strong passion for providing quality periodontal therapy treatment for all ages, and loves to educate her patients and raise awareness about oral health and its effect on systemic health and well-being.
In 2024 Morgan completed further postgraduate study in myofunctional therapy, to gain further skills and knowledge in an area she is passionate about. She can support patients on the importance of correct function of the muscles of the face and mouth, and orofacial myofunctional disorders. Outside of work Morgan enjoys growing and arranging flowers, yoga, spending time with her family, and taking her lovable Golden Retriever x Irish Setter for walks on the beach.
